operation GREEN 4:20
beginning on, before, or anytime after April 20th, 2008, individuals of the GREEN REVOLUTION are to do the following:
1- buy or rent one or more helium tanks.
2- buy as many balloons as you have helium.
3- place ten cannabis seeds in one balloon.
4- inflate with helium.
5- tie the balloon while retaining helium (in the balloon, not your lungs).
6- release into the sky.
7- repeat steps 3 through 6 until balloons, seeds, or helium are used up.
8- repeat steps 1-8 until Congress legalizes cannabis.
take no heed, sow the seed, let it grow!
